1. Free cancellation is available up to the stated cutoff window. 2. In case of extreme weather or port authority closure, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund. 3. Please arrive at Sanur Harbour Terminal at least 30 minutes prior to departure. 4. Snorkeling equipment and life jackets are provided for all guests.

If you cancel inside the free-cancel window, we send the full amount back to the same payment method, usually within a few working days.
